Terms of Use

1. What PRECISO HOJE is
PRECISO HOJE is a platform operated by NEX BRIDGE ASSESSORIA LTDA, Brazilian company registry 66.038.680/0001-40, that CONNECTS people who need a service with independent professionals in their area. We are not part of the contract between client and professional: the terms (price, schedule, execution) and the payment for the service happen directly between the two.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use the platform. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up precisely to confirm this, and we do not accept accounts from people under 18. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate, for keeping your password safe, and for what happens in your account.
3. Acceptable use
Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, spam, harassment or offensive content is forbidden. Reports are reviewed and may lead to profile or account suspension.
4. Content, reviews, and what the conversation accepts
What you publish — profile, portfolio, reviews, and messages — is your responsibility. By publishing it, you authorize us to display that content inside the platform, and we may moderate or remove anything that violates these terms. Chat conversations are TEXT ONLY: the platform does not accept photos, files, or documents there.
5. Destaque plan
Providers can purchase additional visibility ("Destaque"), always displayed with a label. Destaque does not change the organic ranking nor guarantee hires. It is valid for the paid period.
6. Verification, responsibilities, and closing your account
We do not collect identity documents from providers. The "Verified" badge, when shown, only means the platform checked the professional’s registration in the public registry of their licensing body — that is what unlocks regulated professions and is NOT a guarantee about the quality or delivery of the service. Agree on scope, price, and deadline in writing with the professional. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms may change, and we will announce relevant changes.
7. Contact and arrangements outside the platform
Messages pass through an automatic filter that strips number sequences that look like phone numbers BEFORE they are stored — meaning a phone number exchanged in chat is not kept by us. It is a reasonable effort, not an absolute barrier. If you arrange things with the other person over WhatsApp, by phone, or in person, whatever happens from there is outside the platform — we do not mediate it, monitor it, or hold any record of it. Payment for the service always happens directly between the two of you, outside PRECISO HOJE.
8. Destaque subscription (optional, professionals only)
Destaque is an optional service that gives the professional a more visible position in search results, always labeled as such. It does not change reviews, does not alter the regular results right below it, and is not offered to people looking for a service. Destaque is offered and paid to NEX BRIDGE ASSESSORIA LTDA, Brazilian company registry 66.038.680/0001-40. Current prices are shown on the signup page before you pay. Payment is by Pix and activation is checked by a person, within 2 business days. There is NO automatic charge and NO automatic renewal: each period is actively purchased by you, and nothing is charged unless you pay again. You may cancel within 7 days of payment and get your money back, as provided by the Brazilian consumer code. After that, the purchased period runs to its end and simply does not renew. If the account is suspended for breaking these terms, Destaque stops with it; a partial refund in that case is reviewed individually. You get a receipt on activation. If you need a tax invoice, ask by e-mail.
