How to delete your account and your data

The PRECISO HOJE app is operated by NEXBRIDGE ASSESSORIA LTDA (CNPJ 66.038.680/0001-40). You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without contacting anyone.

1. Sign in to your account — in the app or here on the site.
2. In the app, open Profile and then Settings. On the site, come back to this page while signed in.
3. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Before deleting, you can download everything that is yours with the “Download my data” button on this same page.

What is deleted and what stays

We delete right away: your profile and photo, your requests, the quotes you sent or received, your conversations and messages, your reviews, and the photos and videos in your portfolio.

Only records required by law and security stay for a while, and all of them are already detached from your name: audit records for 24 months, regional demand data for 12 months, and technical error logs for 90 days. Once the period ends, they are deleted automatically.
